How to silence notifications from CTS Chat on Desktop
Describes how to disable push notifications from the CTS Chat app, if desired.
Overview
If you'd prefer to disable system notifications from CTS Chat (examples pictured below), you may do so in your operating system's settings.
Disabling Notifications
Open the Start Menu, and search for "Settings". Open the Settings app.
Open the "Notifications" settings from the "System" page.
Under "Notifications from apps and other senders", search for "CTS Chat", and click the blue toggle to turn off notifications.
Open "System Settings" on your Mac.
Click on "System Settings" in the Apple menu in the top left corner. Go to the "Notifications" pane.
Click on "Notifications". Locate "CTS Chat" in the list of applications, and click on it:
Uncheck "Allow notifications" for CTS Chat, or update the other listed options according to your preference.
